DEFINITON:

General-purpose final fold paint including one-component hydrocarbon resin-based leafed aluminum pigment paste.

AREAS OF USAGE:

it can be securely used for decorative purposes since it protects all types of hardware, LPG tubes, exhaust pipes, silos, industrial and non-industrial steel structures, and it provides a metallic view for usage surfaces. It is resistant to high UV rays (125-170 C°)

MANNER OF APPLICATION:

if any, all kinds of oil, dirt, rust on metallic surface should be cleared; sanding process is recommended for cleaning process, however it may be required to use wire brush where sanding cannot be carried out.

Paint should be mixed before painting process until it gets homogeneous, and it is directly carried out on the cleaned dry surface without priming application. The application should be carried out in two-fold to get the ideal result. 

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:

Environment temperature should be between minimum 5 C° and maximum 35 C°. Temperature of metal should be at least 4 C° higher than environment temperature.

MANNER OF APPLICATION:

Methods of gun, brush and immersion are used.

THINNING PROPORTION:

It is ready for use; if required, it should be diluted with maximum 5% industrial thinner.

DRYING TIME:

In 20 C°, humid environment 50-60 %

Contact drying:

3-5 minutes. Dust holding: 10-15 minutes. Through-dry: 20-25 minutes

COVERING CAPACITY:

Being based on painted surface, for one-fold application, 15-25 m² spaces can be painted with 1 liter of paint.

FLASHING TEMPERATURE:

Higher than 25 C°.

SOLID MATERIAL AMOUNT:

%: 50 ± 5.

BRIGHTNESS:

100 ± 20 Gloss with an angle of 60°.

DENSITY:

0,990 - 1,1 Gr/ cm³

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE INFORMATION:

It can be stored at least one year in uncovered packages at room temperature. It should be protected from high temperatures. Packages should be carried by holding the carrying handle and stored properly.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:

It should not contact with skin for a long time. Apply to a health center in case of eye contact. Indoor places should be ventilated until the end of application. It is dangerous to approach with bare flame, welding and smoking.

FIRE AND HAZARD CLASS:

Inflammable of class II (it includes liquids that never mix in water at any rate and liquids emitting inflammable steam between 21-50 C°).

HAZARD WARNINGS:

R 11 easily inflammable. R 20/21/22 it is dangerous to inhale, contact with skin and swallow.

SAFETY WARNINGS:

S 2: Keep away from children.

S 3/7/9: Keep the box covered in a cool and ventilated places.

S 16: Keep away from igniters, no smoking.

S 24/25: Avoid eye and skin contact.

S 29: Do not throw wastes and paints into sewage.

S 46: Immediately see a doctor in case of swallowing; show the coverage or label.

S 51: Only use in well-ventilated places.
