DESCRIPTION:

Water based, acrylic resin based finishing door paint with a radiant appearance and high covering capacity, designed for American type panel and border doors.

Surface Preparation and Manner of Application:

Application temperature should be 5- 30 °c.

Ex-factory coated American panel door surface should be cleaned with a humid fabric and then applied.

Old Painted Surfaces:

Application surface should be proper, solid, dry and clean of dust. Old surfaces should be rubbed in order to increase the paint performance on the surface. After cracks and hollows are filled, 10-15% thinned Tek Panel Door paint can be used as primer. Finishing paint application should be done as 2 layers and there should be a 4-6 hours break between layers.

MANNER OF APPLICATION:

2 or 3 layers of paint should be applied with brush or roller based on the condition of the surface.

THINNING PROPORTION:

Ready to use. If desired, can be thinned with maximum 5% of water based on volume.

COVERING CAPACITY: Based on the absorption amount of the wood, 10-15 m²/L on one layer.

Drying Time:

At 20°C' , do not touch for: 5 minutes

Dust suppression: 30 minutes

Consolidation time: 24 hours.

STORAGE:

Should be protected from freezing and kept in + 5 – 35 °c warehouses without sunlight in closed package.

WARNINGS:

S 2: Keep away from children.

S 24/25: Avoid eye and skin contact.

S 46: Immediately see a doctor in case of swallowing; show the coverage or label.
