Description:

Styrene acrylic copolymer based, water based mat exterior coating that provides a thick textured appearance.

Properties:

Adheres very well to the surface, colors do not fade, does not crack or pour with capability to eject the humidity on the wall, resists to physical and chemical effects (alkali, water, atmospheric, weather conditions).

Areas of Usage:

Can be applied on construction materials such as roughcast, raw concrete, thin coat, concrete, wooden prefabricated, etc. In order to obtain a homogeneous appearance, it is recommended to apply on a surface that is recovered with thin coat or Tek Acrylic paste.

Manner of Application:

The application surface should be completely clear of swelled, old paints. After it is ensured that the surface is not humid, coating faults such as hollows and capillary cracks should be filled with Tek Acrylic Paste. After the surface is coated with Tek Acrylic primer coat 1 day later, the paint should be thinned 20-25% and applied with post roller. One day later, it is thinned up to 5% or not thinned at all based on the desired pattern and applied on the surface with the roller of choice. Once the desired pattern is provided, it is applied on the whole surface on the same direction.

Application temperature:

Between +5 and +30 oC. (It is recommended not to apply in excessive hot weather).

Covering Capacity:

Based on the surface and the applied pattern, 0,650 to 1, 2 kg of paint covers 1m2.

Drying Time:

Do not touch for: 1-3 hours

Complete drying period: 24 hours

Hazard and Security Warning:

Contact with eye and swallowing is hazardous to health. Can be stored at least for 1 year in ambient temperature if completely covered and kept out of reach of children. Protect from excessive cold and hot.
