DESCRIPTION:
Unicomponent, hydro-carbon resin based, general purpose finishing paint that contains laminated aluminum pigment paste.
AREAS OF USAGE:
Can be used for protection or decorative purposes since it offers a metallic appearance on all kinds on hardware, LPG, exhaust pipes, silos, industrial and exterior steel structures. Resists to high UV lights (125  -  170  °C )
MANNER OF APPLICATION:
Metallic surface should be cleaned of all types of oil, dirt and rust if any. It is recommended to perform sanding for cleaning, however, wire brush should be used if sanding is not performed.
Before starting the painting process, it should be mixed until it becomes homogenous and applied on cleaned dry surface without primer coat. In order to obtain the ideal result, it should be applied in 2 layers.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:
Ambient temperature should be minimum 5, maximum 35 °C. Temperature of the metal should be 4 C higher than the ambient temperature.
MANNER OF APPLICATION:
Applied with revolver, brush or submersion technique.
THINNING PROPORTION:
Ready to use. When required, should be thinned with maximum 5% of industrial thinner.
DRYING TIME:  
 at  20  ° C, with 50-60% humidity
Do not touch for: 3-5 minutes
Dust Suppression: 10-15 minutes
Completely dries in: 20-25 minutes
COVERING CAPACITY:
For single layer application, based on the application surface,
1 lt of paint covers 15-25 m2 space.
INFLAMMATION TEMPERATURE:
Higher than 25 C.
SOLID SUBSTANCE %: 50 ± 5
RADIANCE:
100  ±  20     Gloss with 60 ° angle
DENSITY:
0,990 -  1,1  Gr/ cm³
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE INFORMATION:
Minimum 1 year in original package at ambient temperature. Protect from excessive hot or cold. Package should be held from its carrying handle and packages should be placed properly.
HEALTH AND SECURITY WARNING:
Should not contact with skin for a long time. In case of eye contact, consult health centers. Closed areas should be well ventilated until the end of application. Hazardous to approach with open fire, weld or smoke.
FIRE AND HAZARD CLASS:
Inflammable of class II (it includes liquids that never mix in water at any rate and liquids emitting inflammable steam between 21-50 C°).
HAZARD WARNINGS:
R 11 easily inflammable.
R 20/21/22 Harmful to health if inhaled, contacted with the skin or swallowed.
SAFETY WARNINGS:
 S 2: Keep away from children.
S 3/7/9: Keep the box covered in a cool and ventilated places.
S 16: Keep away from igniters, no smoking.
